Hello Bruno,

Thanks for the hotel information. We have booked Rod Larson and Jon
Sharpe at the Crowne Plaza Metro. Rod is in Japan at the moment and is
flying back to Minneapolis on Sunday. He and Jon will leave for
Montreal on Monday and will arrive at about 5 pm in the afternoon. They
will start work first thing on Tuesday.

Neither Rod or Jon have been to your site before. Could you send
directions from the hotel and where they should park.

The hardline will be drained. It should only be flushed after
installation with new pumps.

Jim Smith will be sending up a gang box which will contain basic tools
and caps for the pump etc. Could you also send the recommended shipping
address and contact name for this shipment.

Thanks, Dave

Hello Dave,

I am on vacation, taking a "technical break".

We will have 1 to 3 people available to provide you all required help
next
week.

Will you provide caps and miscellaneous hardware for disconnecting the
equipment?

We have a hard line, about 50 feet long going from the pump to the 1500
kN
actuator. This line need to be flusched before being dismantled. Will
you
be equiped for doing such work?

Here some hotels. Any hotel in the downtown area would be nice. This a
about 10 min. drive to Ecole. Once you have pick one, let me know so I
could double check if you are at the right place.

Crowne Plaza on Sherbrooke Street: 514-842-8581
Days Inn on Guy Street: 514-938-4611

I will take my emails again tomorrow,

Bruno
